Hailey O’Leary is an NYC-based Lighting Designer for Theatre and Dance. At a young age, she found a passion for the arts and set out to live a life dedicated to the power of storytelling. With early memories based in flipping through art history textbooks filled with works by Rembrandt and Rubens, the significance of light has always been apparent. With the ability to convey emotion and setting, and the ability to play with highlights and shadows, lighting is a profound medium by which humans are often affected. 

Within the art of performance, there is a comfort in the connections that are made. She seeks to be apart of the energy that is felt in a room full of people witnessing a story being told before them. With all of the tragedies and confusion in the world, live performance provides solace and guidance in this mysterious life.
